Delivery & Returns
Before ordering everyday footwear
Compare the listed dimensions, pack format and compatibility with your requirements. Everyday casual footwear; compare foot length and width before choosing. No special safety rating.
Checking the delivery address
For a Step Canto order, review the recipient, street, apartment where applicable, city, region, postcode and country at the delivery step. No installation service is selected by the product planner.
The delivery amount in your bag
This shop currently calculates $5.95 delivery below $100 of goods and no delivery charge from $100. A change to quantity or product option updates the total before order review.
Inspecting and caring for your item
For Canvas Low Trainer Pair: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. Wipe gently with a damp cloth, then air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash. Inspect your own ordered listing’s included contents and keep the relevant packaging and product information while resolving a query.
Product and return questions
Use support@stepcanto.shop with the product name, option and order reference. Describe the issue with the actual everyday footwear received; do not include payment-card details. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
